Board and supervision

The Executive Board conducts the day-to-day management of the company.
The independent Supervisory Board supervises the Executive Board and oversees the state of affairs in the company.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

CSR forms an integral part of our operational management and our Business Plan 2011-2015. The Port of Rotterdam Authority does not have a separate CSR department, but the Corporate Strategy department coordinates the efforts and is responsible for the overall coherence. Read more

Corporate Govenance

Although Port of Rotterdam Authority is not a listed company, the Supervisory Board plans to implement the Dutch Corporate Governance Code (Code Tabaksblat) where possible. Read more
