Corporate Communication Strategy
Corporate Communication Strategy is responsible for developing and implementing communication policy that covers the whole Port Authority. An important aim is to increase the name recognition and improve the image of the Port Authority and the Rotterdam port and industrial complex.
The activities are geared towards generating support among clients and stakeholders for the Port Authority’s licence to operate and the port’s licence to grow. CCS develops and implements communication plans. It is also serves as press spokesperson. In addition to this, the department is responsible for digital media (Internet, Intranet and the digital newsletters).
