Human Resources consists of five departments:
- HR Business Team CEO
- HR Business Team COO
- HR Business Team CFO
- HR Recruitment & Development
- HR Services
HR Business Teams (CEO, COO, CFO) is the management’s business partner when it comes to personnel & organisation. The department develops HR policy and advises on all HR (policy) issues and instruments. HR Advisers also supervise organisational changes within a department.
HR Recruitment & Development shapes the corporate recruitment policy and is responsible for an effective recruitment & selection procedure. It fleshes out and implements the corporate-wide organisation and personnel development policy and advises on the individual development of employees. The advice and development centre AanZ and the MD policy play an important role here.
HR Services takes care of the personnel and salary records; provides information and advice on the (consequences of the) implementation of (legal) regulations; supports operations, the management, the processing and analysis of data. HR Services also develops the terms of employment policy and is responsible for developing policy in the field of and the monitoring of Health & Safety (ARBO).
