The Port of Rotterdam Authority is responsible for the settlement and reviewing of the policy regarding sea and inland port dues.
Most of the logistical services in the port of Rotterdam are rendered by commercial companies. These companies operate in a highly competitive environment in which service providers and individual customers agree on tariffs with each other.
