Innovation acceleration programme

PortXL, world’s first maritime innovation accelerator in the port of Rotterdam, helps start-ups and scale-ups around the globe to accelerate their innovation process. Every year, participants are given access to a network of mentors, investors, maritime firms, corporations and sponsors.

Digitalisation

Trends and developments in the field of digitisation are changing the environment in which we and our customers operate. The supply chain partners see opportunities in digitisation, with the potential to improve the competitiveness of the port of Rotterdam.

Energy in transition

The Port of Rotterdam Authority is committed to combating climate change and wants to play a leading role in the global energy transition. The reduction of CO₂ emissions and efficient use of raw and residual materials are important tasks for the Port Authority.
