Port Navigator: available property and plots

Port Navigator helps you to find plots, warehouses for storage, office space and commercial accommodation. The search function selects available spaces according to such things as desired surface area, parking facilities and price per square metre. Port Navigator also forwards you directly to the relevant estate agent.

Office space

Office space varies from large-scale locations to individual offices and from temporary solutions to long-term business locations. The options for storage space, parking and additional facilities are also diverse.

Commercial accommodation RDM Rotterdam

RDM Rotterdam is the innovation showcase of the Rotterdam port area, where technology is presented in an attractive way. The former Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij (RDM) shipyard offers space for companies, education and research. This is supplemented by a wide range of commercial and cultural events, ensuring that dynamism and energy prevail in the RDM site.

In the Innovation Dock, RDM Rotterdam offers workspace for product development in the form of flexible plots in an open trade fair layout. The plots can be hired in units from 50m², for a minimum period of 6 months. The lessee can have the plot equipped with workplace units, storage areas and fencing as required.

Maasvlakte Plaza

Maasvlakte Plaza is a large-scale truck park equipped with all modern facilities for drivers and trucks on Maasvlakte 2. The multi-functional building offers space for entrepreneurs, catering establishments and offices. There are also six plots available for truck-related companies.

Office space in Port City

The Port City office complex, developed by the Port Authority, is located on a filled-in strip in Waalhaven basin. The spaces are equipped with all conveniences. Port City offers businesses and organisations a convenient, accessible and unique work location close to the terminals.
