During the working visit of Surinamese President Santokhi to the Netherlands, the port of Rotterdam was the main topic today. During a tour of the Port of Rotterdam aboard the Spido Princess Amalia, Santokhi spoke with Mayor Ahmed Aboutaleb and Allard Castelein, CEO of the Port of Rotterdam Authority, about port development, coastal protection and safety.

The visit to the port of Rotterdam is part of a working visit that the Surinamese leader is making to the Netherlands with four ministers to strengthen the ties between the two countries.
