No, reservations can only be made by ship's agents who are known to the Port Dues Department of the Port of Rotterdam Authority.

How should I request a KING account?

To request a KING account, please contact Amanda de Bruine or Sjoerd de Jager. You should satisfy the above-stated condition for this.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

You can request a new password by entering your e-mail address on the login screen. You will automatically receive a message about your new password. The same applies to changing your password.
