Arrival of green container vessel, Ever Glory

Around noon on Thursday afternoon 13 June, Evergreen’s Ever Glory called at the ECT Delta Zuid terminal at Amazonehaven in Rotterdam.
The container vessel arrived in Rotterdam during its maiden voyage. It is the shipping company’s first vessel in the 20,000 TEU class to be equipped with scrubbers, significantly reducing harmful emissions from the Ever Glory. To emphasise this environmentally-friendly measure, the outside of the vessel has been fully stowed with green Evergreen containers; a unique image in the Port of Rotterdam.
