Sandbags to protect assets
You can protect a building from flooding by temporarily positioning sandbags. This is an effective and frequently used measure.
• Applicable to buildings, utilities, products, goods, factories, installations, infrastructure and equipment;

• Prevents economic damage;
• Applicable at flood depths up to approx. 50 cm.
Make the preparations for this measure in good time before a flood. Working with sandbags and other temporary defences requires good organisation with regard to stock management, storage and the personnel needed.
