Quay wall construction Amaliahaven

To further strengthen its leading position as Europe’s largest container port, the Port of Rotterdam Authority is investing in the further expansion of the Prinses Amaliahaven located on Maasvlakte II.

Rotterdam Food Hub

The Rotterdam Food Hub is taking shape along the Calandkanaal at the entrance to the Maasvlakte. The 60-hectare industrial site is being specially prepared to provide companies in the ‘agrofood’ sector with optimal facilities.

Installation shore power Holland Amerikakade

The Municipality of Rotterdam and the Port of Rotterdam Authority are pursuing a joint strategy and development programme to accelerate and upscale the availability of shore power for seagoing vessels.

The port area is always under development. We design, build and renovate in collaboration with various partners and parties. This ensures that the port and infrastructure are in optimal condition for the operations of our customers. And together we are developing a safe, accessible and efficient port of the future.
